Your dealer can back you up with replacement parts built to the very highest quality standards. We apply the same rigorous standards to remanufactured parts that we do for new parts. As we know our vehicles will give you so many years of service, we’ve made sure that parts for older vehicles remain affordable. So your Mitsubishi will represent great value throughout its long life, backed up every step of the way by a thoroughly trained and equipped dealer service network.
Warranty
It is our aim to make your Mitsubishi ownership experience as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. We start by making some of the most reliable vehicles on the market. And to give you extra peace of mind, we have made sure that our comprehensive Mitsubishi warranty is as reliable as the vehicles we build. New Mitsubishi vehicles are covered for 36 months, with the first 24 months subject to unlimited mileage. The remaining 12 have a limit of 100,000km (about 62,000 miles). And for the vast majority of motorists, that’s more than enough mileage allowance. Even our genuine parts get two years’ unlimited mileage cover, and we are confident enough in the quality of our vehicles to offer up to 12 years’ Anti-Corrosion Perforation warranty.
Roadside Assistance
Mitsubishi vehicles are among the most reliable on the road. However, should you ever need assistance in the event of a breakdown, accident or vandalism, we’re there for you. That’s 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will be covered by Mitsubishi Motors Assistance Package (MAP) throughout your warranty period, and you can even extend this cover with an MAP-upgrade. The package includes a whole range of benefits. That includes towing to the nearest Mitsubishi Motors Authorised Service Point, storage or parking when necessary, urgent relay of messages and legal and medicals referrals for assistance. If you are more than 50km from home, you will be offered accommodation for up to four nights or a replacement car for up to five working days. MAP is available for qualifying Mitsubishi vehicles up to ten years old.
